TERMS OF SERVICE
Our service are subject to the following terms and conditions.
- It is your responsibility to consume the service within the validity period offered to you. The service will lapse and access to the services will automatically be blocked on expiry of the subscription period.
- Training and support will only be provided through remote connections and emails.
- All services are provided on best-effort basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, by IESL and/or it's associates, including but not limited to the warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There is no warranty by IESL or by any other party that the software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error free. You assume all responsibility and risk for the selection of the software to achieve your intended results and for the use and results obtained from it.
- The product is provided on "AS-IS" basis. Customisation/changes/modifications (if any) can be carried out on chargeable basis, at sole discretion of IESL.
- You agree to use this service judiciously and comply with all laws of the land and abide by all directives, guidelines and circulars issued by the Government or its authorized agencies, as maybe applicable, from time to time.
- License fee, customization charges or service charges, once paid, will not be refunded or adjusted against any other product or service.
- Software Licenses can not be sold, sublet, transferred or assigned to any users, without specific written permission from IESL
- Usage may be subject to certain limits based on the pack subscribed and Fair Use Policy (FUP) of the product
- IESL will is not responsible for any lack or non-provision of service due to any Act of God or Force Majeure including natural calamities like flooding, earthquake, fire, power breakdown, terrorist attack and change of law or regulation.
- IESL reserves the right to terminate your account at any time without notice or liability, if IESL determines that you have violated any of these terms and conditions.
- IESL reserves the right to modify these policies at any time.
- Only courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction over any and all matters pertaining to the service.
By using any IESL product or service and / or by making or issuing payment for any IESL product or service, you agree to all the terms and conditions above.
