products, modules, user interfaces, workflows, third-party integrations, statutory
facilities, prices, packages, deployment models and technical architecture may change
from time to time. A feature visible on the website, in a demonstration, on a roadmap
or in another package does not mean that the feature is included in every package or
available in every deployment.
Illustrations and Screenshots
Screenshots, diagrams, sample reports, mockups, illustrations and example data may be
representative or illustrative. Actual screens, reports, field names, workflows, outputs
and configurations may vary by version, module, customer configuration, package,
deployment, browser, device, customization or product update.
Statutory, Accounting, Tax and Professional Information
Any website content or Software functionality relating to accounting, GST, TDS, TCS,
payroll, e-invoice, e-way bill, taxation, statutory compliance, finance, analytics or
similar subjects is provided as software assistance or general information and is not
legal, tax, audit, financial, investment or professional advice. Customers should verify
statutory and professional matters with appropriately qualified advisors.
AI, Analytics and Automated Outputs
Any AI-based, automated, predictive, analytical, recommendation-based or system-generated
output is assistive in nature and should be independently verified before use in business,
financial, accounting, tax, production, inventory, credit, purchasing or other decisions.
Third-Party Services and Links
IESL websites and products may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites,
platforms, APIs, hosting providers, government portals, banks, gateways, messaging
providers and other external services. IESL does not control all such services and is not
responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy, policy changes, pricing
